  The third time we come back for lunch to avoid the crowd and noise. This time we meet Stanley who is very nice and funny!!!! He brings us as much bread and cinnamon butter as we want (their cinnamon butter is excellent)
  My husband has prime burger, mine is chicken burger. They are full of flavors!!!! Plus, the lunch menu is so affordable.(look at my receipt photo) Thank you so much.

  We usually go to Fisher's Upstairs and if fine dining in a nice atmosphere is what you want, skip Shipp's Harbour Grill. This was recommend by a client I highly value, so called 2 weeks in advance to make reservation and request recommended server. We were advised he was working and and advised them this was our wedding anniversary, so a special night. We arrived and we're told about 10 most before our table was ready, waited less than 5. Went in to the hostess and waited 5 -7 more minutes, we're escorted to our table to find other guests still there. She left us standing there to go figure it out, came back and asked if we would sit outside. Told her fine if we would have the server requested. She informed us we were not in his section anyway. I asked to speak to the manager at this point and the young lady came back and said "The manager is busy right now and can't speak to you." REALLY??? I gave her the short explanation, and she went again returning with the manager. Manager's attitude was definitely one of she could care less and made it seem like we should get over and sit where they could seat us. My husband stepped out called Fisher's Upstairs, gave them a brief overview and they told us to come on over. They greeted us, gave us a wonderful table, complimentary glass of sparkling wine and comped out dessert. Every staff member there even wished us a happy anniversary. We may give Shipp's Harbour a try for lunch or mid afternoon in the off season when they may be able to handle a slower pace, or Fisher's downstairs might be a better bet for casual dining
